Title: Total Body Fragmentation

When is this returning? Currently you can turn on toggle option for Total Body Fragmentation, but the other toggle switch just turns itself off.

Total body fragmentation is something which can solve a lot of complex issues for collisions... unfortunately it is also rather complex to make it fragment in a visually pleasing smooth way, so all I can say is that we are working on it, and all want to plug it in as soon as possible.
