Title: [FIXED] No clouds (Alpha 15.9)

After updating the game, no planets have any clouds, no matter the temperature, no matter the water %. Is this problem common?

The Previous version Alpha 15.1 says that the clouds never dissapear no matter if you delete the water. And now it just turn upsidedown 180 degree :P

Clouds will return in Alpha 15.9b...
