I had a super heated earth and I wanted to take a screenshot for the thread and to have as my background on my computer. So I got my screenshot settings the way I wanted it and then when I hit F12, my game crashed. I still got the screenshot but do you think this could be something serious? I have attached the logs so Chad can look through it

Thanks for the information. It's nice to have all the logs attached. I'll try to reproduce it here.

My pleasure Chad

I've been working on this one here, and so far, I've been unable to reproduce it.
One thing I noticed though in the dump logs, is that your graphics drivers are very out of date.
NVIDIA WDDM D3D Driver, Version 335.23. It appears the crash is actually triggered by Steam's underlying API.
The current version is 353.30, and the card you're running is a Geforce 500 series.
You can download updated drivers here.

If you don't mind, please upgrade the graphics drivers, and let me know if you're able to reproduce the issue, and if so, what are the exact steps and settings you used. (Fullscreen or not, resolution, and screenshot settings, ie UI on or off)

UI is off. I'll update my drivers and hopefully it doesn't screw up the transparency on my top bars on opened windows and the taskbar

I have updated my nvidia graphics driver and the issue still occurs. I have some more logs from the latest crash

Just to let everyone know, that with alpha 16, the problem has been fixed. Great job devs!

Awesome, I'm glad it's working now.
