Title: Orbit all button?

Where is that? I can't find.

I added this in 2.0.3.

Select more than 1 body, and the button will show up.

It's partially broken because it effects all bodies, not just those selected. Working on a fix for that now.

Edit: Just got this working. The fix will show up in 2.0.4.
