Title: [KNOWN] The exploder tool doesn't work

Hi, i dunno if is a bug or a temporary shut down of this tool, but the exploder doesn't work.
When i apply this on a planet, they only disappear without exploding..

An output log would be helpful for GA, although it doesn't show any errors, so it might not be all that much help.

You're right, it's temporarily not working, and should be disabled.

We're in the process of upgrading it to use our new fragmentation code. So once it's working again, it'll be much cooler than it was before.
