I had many problems to start ² Universe Sandbox. I was told to create a new thread about it, I did everything you told me to do and yet the game still does not start, and the only file that I thought it might be helpful was this. (No, i really do not know a topic with a good structure for a forum) Ps: Sorry for my bad english

I really need the crash dump files for the game if it's crashing. If it's not crashing, can you tell me exactly what is happening?
There's also a log from the physics engine in your documents folder. Hopefully it will have some useful information.

I could not find the necessary files, I searched everywhere, maybe the dump files do not appear to be a message not crash the game itself, but the windows. This is a screenshot that I took if required

Click where it says "exibir detalhes do problema", and send me a copy of the text there. Hopefully it will give me some more information on the problem.

That's a heap corruption exception. I've never seen that before in any of our crash logs.
Please launch the game with this option enabled, and post a new log file.
1 - Force CPU Mode (turn off OpenCL)
- In Steam, Right-click on the game title under the 'Library' and select 'Properties'.
- Under the General tab click the 'Set launch options...' button.
- Enter -forcecpu into the launch options (note the dash) and click 'OK'.
- Close the game's 'Properties' window and launch the game.

An exception? ._____. lol
-
Exceptions are fairly common, they happen any time something comes up that the computer, or program requires special handling to deal with.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exception_handling
However, Heap corruption is a particularly bad exception, and not something we have ever seen in crash logs before. Generally speaking, this doesn't happen in managed code (which is what we use), since the heap is automatically managed by the operating system.

Now that the game is running, are you able to start it without the force cpu option enabled? It sounds like the initial issue that you had was resolved by the driver updates and re-installation of the game.
Force cpu is going to be pretty slow, OpenCL is a lot faster if your computer is able to use it.

For some reason the game again to crash when I start, I checked my drivers and did not have any updates, what other options do I have?
