Hello everyone,
I just purchased Universe Sandbox 2, and it doesn't seem to like me. It crashes either on startup or a minute or so into gameplay. I can't pin down an exact thing that I do which causes it to crash - it's crashed on changing the time/speed, collisions, adding an object, opening a menu, changing the window size ... it seems to just kind of give up at some point. It seems to run smoothly up until it crashes, so I guess that's a good thing?
I should note that I'm running this on a Mac. Specifications shouldn't be a problem, I have a 3.5 GHZ i7 processor and 32 GB of RAM. Each time I run it, I receive the attached message.
Any ideas or known issues with Macs? Would an error log be helpful?
Thanks for your help!

This happened to me once. I think I either deleted/re-installed US2, or I restarted my computer.

Tried rebooting a few times, no luck. Same with reinstalling - still crashes. :(

Well, I can only assume your computer is not optimized for US2.
Let's wait around for a developer to look into this so we can get some real data...

I see people posting "output.zip" but I'm not sure how to do that. I'm attaching the error log that it keeps coming up with.

same issue here.

Seems there's an Operating system level error going on here. There's nothing that we're doing that should trigger that kind of response.
I notice you're both running OSX Yosemite. There might be a compatibility issue with the new OSX update... hmm.
Can you pull the logs for Universe Sandbox for me and attach them to this forum topic?

Yep, here you go. This is right after US closed immediately upon launch.

Thanks, we're looking into a solution for this. Hopefully we'll have more information. I've opened up a forum topic about this as well, asking if anyone using Mac OSX 10.10 can pitch in with error logs and crash dump files.
