Title: [KNOWN] Earth turning into a gaz giant after adding hydrogen

I don't know if that's really a bug but I find it strange to have Earth turn into a gaz giant when adding about 0.03 earth-mass of hydrogen. I know that's still a lot hydrogen but, well, it doesn't feel right.

Edit : Found another related issue, the earth textures are completely messed up after transiting from gazeous to earth normal state. (yes the big chunk of land in the middle is south america)

Yea, this is a known problem. There are still some edge cases that fall apart with the transitions between types of bodies. We're working on it, but it may be a while still.
