The Republican state Senator Brandon Smith of Kentucky (who just happens to own a energy company) said that man-made climate change is not scientifically possible because Earth and Mars have exactly the same climate. (LAWL)

Basically he says Mars is warming like the Earth (even though there is no evidence that the climate of Mars is changing at all) and since "there's no coal mines on Mars; there's no factories on Mars," that man-made global warming is not possible and that the warming is 100% just nature doing it's thing.

LMAO
"I don't wanna get into the debate about the climate change"
Oh please don't
"The temperature on Mars is exactly the same as it is here"
Oh well, he's only 78K off
Why do people elect these? How is it possible? Sigh.

I suppose he wants to try living on mars, then, and see what that'll be like.
