Changing Axis?

I was messing with one of the systems and a big moon crashed into Earth and Earth rotated on about a 65 degree axis. I then tried on myown to change it by making other moons collide but it wouldn't work. Could you make a way to do that?

Being able to rotate objects and set a specific axis is on the short list of things to do. It will most likely be part of the UI overhaul.
And currently rotation change after collisions don't currently work like they should in bounce mode.
