At first when I heard astronomy, I thought the stars and planets and moons were all spheres. Now I learned that they aren't. I want a Polar diameter and Equator Diameter set. It's like Haumea, and Vega. Even the earth isn't a sphere. Its equator is a little bigger. (Although it may a bit effect on textures and stuff..)

The difference is extremely small. Equator on Earth is about 40 km larger than the poles. You can never get a perfect sphere. There will always be an atom or something that messes it up. Think about the mountains and the landscape, already with them the Earth wouldn't be a perfect sphere.

You'd mostly see this effect gas giants. Especially Saturn because of it's fast spin. But I doubt it would effect simulation by much.
