Just because it's on YouTube it doesn't has to mean it's true.
There are a lot of people on YouTube who just claim stuff because they don't have any idea.

Exactly.

Take a look as his personal website (link in the YouTube sidebar). This guy has an agenda. He also makes the claim that vaccines cause autism which has repeatedly been proven false. He does not appear to be someone interested in evidence.

So...without actual evidence, this video is nonsense.

Here is some amazing evidence of the Big Bang:

This graph:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Cobeslide36.jpg
is "from the COBE mission, which looked at the background microwave glow of the universe and found that it fit perfectly with the idea that the universe used to be really hot everywhere. This strongly reinforced the Big Bang theory and was one of the most dramatic examples of an experiment agreeing with a theory in history -- the data points fit perfectly, with error bars too small to draw on the graph. It's one of the most triumphant scientific results in history."

That's what I thought the whole time. I searched it up, and nothing. I was about to make a comment, "You expect me to belive this, when you are the only person with this claim?"

Couldn't the big galaxy have interacted with the other galaxy, accelerating in a direction away from us, giving it the larger redshift?
By the way, beware what you believe in on YouTube, there are so many creationists and fundamentalists who would try to disprove any science that contradicts with their belief, evolution, Big Bang...

I never understood how the big bang disproves creationalism. It doesn't seem to hurt or help it. I don't have time to watch the vid right now (going to school in a few minutes) but from what I understand this guy is probably hurting his cause by coming off as a fanatic.  Roll Eyes

HallowedError, it doesn't disprove a creation, but most Christian creationists claim that the universe was created 6,000 years ago, and don't believe in Big Bang (in The Bible I he creates everything in 6 days, first... and then...).

I agree with the people who say the big bang exists! Well, because the CMB exists, it must be true.

Plus, the universe is expanding which makes it more true.

Speaking of Big Bang, where did the thing that caused it come from?

I, tecnically, believe in a kind of big bang. I believe that when the universe goes big crunch, that things start over again, like in a cycle. I also believe in a lot of things like tackeyons and parallel dimentions as well.

The cyclic universe. Cheesy
I like the multiverse theory. It would be so exciting to know how other universes would be (I don't dare to say look like if they don't contain photons Tongue).

But there's one thing that makes me have trouble with the cyclic universe. How do all the photons return to the origin? Like the cosmic microwave background? How do they get back (and how come we can even see it when it should be 13.6 billion ly away?)?

Somone (WHO I TRUST!!!!!!) told me that to God, a day is really a thousands of years. So Earth created in- A LONG TIME- is 6 days to him.

In earlier days when science was not so much advanced, according to Hindu mythology, the universe was created from a single point, from the belly button of God Bramha. It flowered like a lotus. The creation process describes that millions of our years  makes a second of the creator. I dont know how they imagined this.
Is somebody watching this creation - Universe or Multiverse?
