Dan,

I just recently re-installed windows, and now the menu on the right hand side flickers continuously....also the right click menu...it is virtually unusable.

Is there anything I may have forgotten to reinstall?

I got .Net, the latest nvidia drivers, and the latest directX.

I'm glad to see the issue resolved itself.

Do you know what changed or what the original cause was? Do you know how you fixed it?

Yes,

It was just a problem with my video drivers.

I installed the newest DirectX over my NVIDIA drivers....or I should say after I installed my NVIDIA drivers.
DirectX must overwritten some driver files.

I fixed it by re-installing my NVIDIA driver.


WTF? Does this make any sense?
I can't even think straight.....I'm working graveyard shift tonight......totally zoned out man!  4:07 AM.
