Good 'ol Brick, New Jersey, USA

Yeeehaawww!

Well, it's kinda a joke in a way. When I was a kid in the 70's this town was a great town (and still is)...it had 1 traffic light, and the kids were just cool tough kids...everyone hung out in our cool little neighborhood..of course there was always the neighborhood jackass family with the bully son....plus their front yard was a big pile of trash, like a junkyard...old car parts, metal pipes, scraps of metal, I think I remember a couch even being out there for a while...anyhow, I'm now going on 39, and I still live here....the town has changed a lot since then, but every once in a while I run into one of my good old neighborhood kids from back in the day. Needless to say it brings back a lot of old memories....oh, it was the Jenks family... Tongue

Now our town is basically a small city, well, actually a big city, brick, New Jersey is a pretty big area, and it's located right next to a town called Point Pleasant...which is a town right on the Atlantic ocean, with a boardwalk, rides, arcade.....we gets lots of visitors from New York in the summertime.....we call them "Bennies"....don't ask me why or what it means....., that's just how it is.

Hmmmm, I miss the way it used to be, but I kinda still dig the way it is today.

Good 'ol Brick

That's my little story  Smiley

While your at it, I remember telling Dan about this a while ago. I'd like to share it with you guys, it is extremely cool, and your gonna love it....and is related to Universe Sandbox in a big way.

Here it is:

Let me know what you think...

USA. I was born on a naval base in Japan (dad was in the navy at the time and mom was with him, he's retired from the navy since his midlife crisis though), came to the US very soon after that, stopped in Hawaii for a bit (weeks maybe) and then California, lived in Southern California my whole life.
