hi Guys,

As soon as I press capture Movie - the whole thing turns into start stop animation. If i zoom into a planet it takes 3 mins and I get maybe 4 stuttered pictures displayed ... and then it'll crash.
Yes, I am running Vista, but not by choice, it's the 64 bit Ultimate edition and the laptop has quad core, a nvidia card and lots of Ram etc
But it still doesn't work, help anyone? Wink

I'm sorry Universe Sandbox doesn't explain this better...

Video recording isn't designed for real-time recording, it's setup for frame-by-frame output to later recombine into a single video. And yes, it runs really slow when it's in this mode.

Ah ok - so looking at  the movie you put together and some of the others I've seen online,
is this is done by some screen capture software instead?

No, it's in US, but you can take the frame pictures and put them in WMM and make a video.
