Hai. I made this Spiral Galaxy and thought to give you a tutorial.

1. Create a star, planet, asteroid, etc. ( Make two if you want to make it collide the other one)
2. Right click it.
3. Click 2D Grid
4. Click Orbit All
5. Watch the object make the grid into an spiral

I will show you the pictures tomorrow.

Here is a picture of a triplet galaxy. originally was a protoplanetary disk.
That is an interacting galaxy.
So i uploaded because Naru523 is late.

I manage to make this!

EDIT: It seems that Universe Sandbox doesn't save 2D Grid dust stuff.

Sad.

So Instead it's just a normal system.

To get what I had.

Just add 2D Grids and 3D Grids and waiting awhile eventually look protodisk like.

I show a picture on that article: http://universesandbox.com/forum/index.php/topic,762.0.html
Here is how:
1. The most recommended system is Star Sizes - Location in Galaxy
2. Create a preset named Sun.
3. Set it to 1 milky way mass and 100 ly diameter
4. Delete Milky Way and replace another. Repeat in numbers 2-4
5. Now watch.
6. When it is completely disk. click Orbit All.
7. Now you have the Disk Galaxy!
