Check out what happened in my previously posted Black Hole System after i launched a few dozen Rigel's into it, then right clicked on the grown black hole and pressed the black hole button to lower its radius down to the proper size.

Now, bug or not, this looks pretty cool XD
Also i just noticed as i alt-tabbed back into the sim, that glow just begun to fade away Sad
I guess it could have been the trails or something as they usually get uber bright if objects reach very high speeds (an effect which i like).

I think it looks better than the normal black hole that just looks like a star. Also much more realistic. Smiley
It has also happened when I was simulating.

You want to know what really happened? (this happens to me too)

OK... When you launched the Rigels they created impact marks on the black hole. The game doesn't know to shrink the marks when it shrinks the object. This is an error that I noticed but forgot to tell Dan. So the impact marks remain the same size when you shrink the object's volume. That is all that is. The impact marks. Sorry to bum you out but that isn't an explosion. Grin

It just depends on the angles of the impacts.

Yes. That's what's happening here.
