Go to the link for the image, click on the magnifying glass. Then right click on the image, select copy link, and then put it in IMG tag.

Code:

Example:

BOOM, HUGE IMAGE GALORE!

@Darvince, yes, you could, but what if it's bigger than 6.1 MB?

The last person standing after a battle is either Jackie Chan, or an Aeridané.

So I finally built myself a gaming PC and I'm absolutely loving this game.

One question:

Would installing this game to an SSD improve load times for landscape textures?

One does not simply walk into Space.

No idea, i guess it might, but i suggest asking on the space engine forum for a better idea, (this is a forum about universe sandbox after all!)

Probably. I put an SSD (solid state drive) in my laptop and my start up time (power on to Windows login screen) went from 30 sec to 15 sec.

A SSD is going to improve anything that requires hard drive access. In Universe Sandbox 2 (almost) all the textures are loaded at the start of the program, so start up of Universe Sandbox would get faster, but would have little effect after the first 10 seconds or so.

Space Engine loads planet textures everytime you go to a planet, so it would probably be faster.  Though I suppose it could all have to do with the GPU.

Except aren't all the textures procedurally generated? In which case they're would not be loading off the hard drive.
