Whenever I turn 3D mode on the solar system disappears, does it only work with certain systems?  Is there anything I am not doing right?

That's strange. Turning on 3D mode only effects the rendering of the scene; it shouldn't make the scene disappear.

Does turning 3D mode off make the solar system come back?

What 3D mode are you using? There are 3 options under settings (from the main menu select "Settings")

Does the whole scene turn black when you turn 3D mode on? Is anything visible?

Try this:
1 - Load a system
2 - Turn on 3D
3 - Send me feedback and mention that you're "xts44" and are having the "3D disappear" problem (feedback will send me your log files, which might help me figure out what's going on)

Fixed!!  The colors don't default to the goggle colors, I had to fiddle with it.  What are the exact colors to use RGB values?

What are the exact colors to use RGB values?

Under settings press the button "Reset All Settings to Default". This will reset the 3d color settings to red (255,0,0) for left and cyan (0,255,255) for right.

That's strange that it was black. I wonder if there was a problem saving your settings. Please let me know if you have a problem with the settings returning to black when you exit and reload the program.
