I was interested in US a while ago, but my computer just couldn't run it no matter what I tried.  Well I am going off to college pretty soon and I got a laptop that I know can handle US.  I'm just wondering if there is anything that makes running US difficult on a laptop.

Universe Sandbox should run fine on most laptops.

You can use the W & S keys to zoom (since laptops don't have a mouse wheel) and E & D to change the time step (since laptops don't have numeric keypads (+ & -)).

If you have trouble with zooming there's an option to disable the mouse wheel in settings (a few people with laptops had reported this problem which is why the setting exists).
