In Universe Sandbox Titan is just yellow/orange. You canīt really see its surface because its thick athmosphere. But from time to time Titan show his surface and he looks spectacular.
Maybe you could change that Dan?

I'm pretty sure that that was a false color, radio or infrared type, image.

Well, include yourself the surface map:

- Open the MEDIA folder in instalation folder ( not in "My Documents" folder ) of Universe Sandbox.
- Download this map to the folder and rename it with the name of the original Titan ( cloud ) map ( Saturn-Titan.dds ):

- Open Universe Sandbox and than "Saturn and Moons" simulation, go to Titan moon.

The result is bellow:

Look the Ontario Lacus in the south pole :

A little movie:

Relax. No need to criticize language skills.

Perhaps your intention was a request of clarification.

My general approach in choosing colors in Universe Sandbox is to be generally realistic when possible. I want to show how things would look if you were actually there and looking at it with your own eyes (and you used an appropriate darkening filters so you could actually look at stars).

This is why Titan look yellow:

Also note that if you change or add textures in installation folder they may get deleted or overwritten on an update without warning. Files placed in the (My) Documents/Universe Sandbox folder will not ever be deleted.

And yes, I double posted.
