It should still update. If you're still having problems just re-download the original setup file. |

umm... go into C:\Program FIles\Universe Sandbox Somewhere in there is should say uninstal001 or something. Try that and re download it. |

Fantastic update  Just a thing: the Tres-3 system My computer is a bit outdated and when i open the system it is really really small. I have to delete the rings and put them again... I suggest to leave the system without the rings and then tell the user to add the rings according to his CPU, in a description  |

Really this upgrade are the, in my point of view, the best of all upgrades until now.
Especially the possibility of insert a object in simulation by its orbital elements give to the user a great liberty to made your own simulations !!
I not explore all new funcionalities, but I really like what I see until now !

I've updated the documentation here: http://universesandbox.com/support/newsystems.htm<Orbit> shows the Orbital Elements info. belt (in <Action>) show how to create asteroid belts. Although I'll be changing the way belts work in a future release (to make it work with the other orbital element variables and so you can add more than one belt per body).
Look at the code for these systems/simualtions to see for examples of how they are used: TrES-3 orbiting Star with Protoplanetary Disk - uses the asteroid belt & orbital elements features Satellites orbiting Earth - uses the orbital elements feature Fomalhaut System - uses the asteroid belt feature
Please let me know if anyone has suggestions on a better way to do this or needs additional functionality that is missing. |
