If you open the file you can pause the simulation (which will make the program more responsive) then delete extra objects you don't want and then resave the simulation.

Does that help? I'm not sure I understand what your problem is.

But make sure that i deleted the system: My System - 20090213-10132w1we which contains many objects

Remember, it isn't going into the REAL version, only yours. And like FGFG said, he isn't a hacker. I can help you.
1: Open My Documants
2: Find The folder Universe Sandbox, and click it
3: Once, in there, go into Systems.
4: Find your system, 2009213-10132w1we, and right-click
5: select Delete

I'm still confused as to why you needed to delete this file?
