A while back I learned I couldn't run US because I kept getting the Blue Screen of Death. I have freshly installed twice now, and when I look for the log files they aren't there. When I try and start it up it loads for 4-5 seconds and boom, BSoD.

Strange.

It actually goes to a Blue screen and you have to restart your computer?

What does the blue screen say? Can you take a picture of it?

You said it loads for 4-5 seconds... Does a window come up at all? Do you see anything before the blue screen?

I can try and take a picture sometime. But yes, it goes to the blue screen and I have to restart my computer. The window does not show up at all, all I see is whatever is on the screen, I hear the computer loading and then crash.

That's really strange.

Do other 3D programs/games work on your computer?

I suspect that maybe Universe Sandbox is accessing your video card in a way that the computer doesn't like.

Have you tried updating your video driver? That would be worth trying.

As far as I know everything else works on my computer. I can't think of what I might of changed to have this issue since it's worked before on this system. Someone suggested cleaning my registry so I might try that.

I can't imagine that cleaning the registry would fix this. In fact, you should be careful what program you run because sometime they can remove registry information that you need.

What type of video card are you running?
Have you tried updating the video card drivers?

That is strange. I'm not sure why this update would have solved the problem, but I'm glad it did. Awesome.
