hey i have a problem with the game...when i try to run it then it checks for updates then comes the window(game window)and nothing happens it just crashes i have all the programs needed but i dont know what to do anymore pls help  Thank you! |

Universe Sandbox writes out log files that may help determine the cause of the problem. They are located in this folder on your computer:
My Documents\Universe Sandbox\Logs
There should be two text files. Could you send me these files? You can send them to:
support at universe sandbox dot com
If you can’t find the files then the problem occurs before the folders are created and the files are written. Either way, I’d like to help you solve this problem.
Did it ever work or have you always had this problem?

i can't get it running it's saying it's having a problem and is telling me to put my email but it doesn't type on the program

What's the error message that you get?
And where is it telling you to put in your email? Is this after it crashes?

How do you move what? The files?
In yahoo you can attach files to an email. Choose that and then find the files here:
My Documents\Universe Sandbox\Logs

I will likely be releasing a 'maintenance' update in the next week or two that might fix this problem (as you are not the only one experiencing strange crashes like this).
Although for everyone else... don't get excited, this won't include any of the new features I've been working on. Those will come in a later update.
