editing XML with word vista: i open a XML file change it an than is save....But i  can's save a XML file again as a XML file Cry help me or i can't edit other galixies,planets and things! like larg magallenic cloud!

open the file with notepad. save it named "FILE.xml" not FILE. Don't try to choose in the dropdow box. In the dropdown box choose "Text File" and type "FILE.xml"

NeutronStar is right.

Depending on the flavor of XML you're saving with Word it can add all kinds of extra stuff to the file and it won't work in Universe Sandbox.

You can use Word to edit the Universe Sandbox System XML files, you just have to save it in the right format.
