OK I start up and get the Solar system then a message pops up saying "Universal Sandbox has stopped working Windows is checking for a problem.". So I close that and try again and it happens again PLEASE help I really want to try this. Cry Cry Cry

Can you upload your Sandbox.log? It should be placed in

(My) Documents > Universe Sandbox > Logs

If you've bought a license, you should check it first and remove the license code in it (I think), but if you're just using the trial, just upload it.

Yes, thanks Bla. This would be very helpful in figuring out your problem. You can also just email the files to support@universesandbox.com and mention that you're universal from the forums.

The log files can be found in (My) Documents > Universe Sandbox > Logs
(not the install location)

No, but maybe I could find the problem from the log files... I'm not sure if I can, but I could try. I've tried reading error files/log files from some games, so maybe I could understand them.
And if I couldn't, they would be uploaded here for when Dan read the topic, so he wouldn't need to ask for them.
