Updating my dust devil spreadsheet.

Feel free to add to it. Keep it in mind when you see a dust devil. You don't need all that wind and stuff. It's goot to estimate height and width though. Gosh i really need an anemometer.

 I'm adding all the ones i saw in May 2010 that accompanied Phi, and got me all the way up there in the Greek alphabet.

MAJOR update. All of the dust devils in May other than the first TWO are from this update.

Alot will change as I review the videos and release their updated data.
