Well well, it has come to this isn’t? You know, us two discussing our matters, on witty little things. However, I inform you that the leader of our BETTER alliance is Atomic, not Fiah. While I do respect for him, it really is pathetic for you to be misinformed by such sources. I mean, it’s like foolishly trying to get some ice cream when it’s actually a milkshake. It’s really sad, isn’t it? Well, I don’t blame you; you’re a puny human for us anyways. Us ponies are probably far more intelligent then you species. I dislike you, but this has gone too far. You’ll have to change your “information” of the leader to Atomic; otherwise I can tell you’ll just fall under our grasp. Deoxy, you overspent by 2, sorry. You can spend 10 resources. If you set your tech rate down to 11% or less, you can still build the level 2 city though.
I'm setting my tech rate to 7%.

The leader of an alliance is by default the one who founds it, which was FiahOwl. So the alliance must find some way to agree who the new leader should be, if there should be any.
The leader has these benefits:
* Can create trade routes between alliance member nations without them agreeing first.
* Can declare war on other nations, request peace or accept peace on behalf of the entire alliance.

FiahOwl can decide himself whether he wants to let people vote for who should rule the alliance or not, or if he wants to continue being the leader.
But it's easy to quit an alliance an form a new different one, though, so I think not making an alliance vote for a new leader when members complain is the same as telling at least half of it to quit and make their own.
