1. Press Ctrl-F to open the search box and then press ESC, the program crashes. 2. If you try to create an object at startup or in an empty system before loading a system with bodies in it, the program crashes. 3. Select an object then double click the "TU dist *" label on the last tab, the program crashes.

When I open up the program I cant get the menu to open. is there a way to do it without the icon in the upper right of the screen?

Minor: When you place a planet too close to "Sun" in the "A Sun" system, it flies away.
Stars don't cast light (as in planets actually have day light facing a star), but they glow.

Yes. This is what's happening. Either way... This is a problem I plan to address as it's very frustrating and confusing.
