When I open Universe Sandbox an error pops up. I tried running this as administrator but the same thing happens...
Here's the error report.

1 - Has Universe Sandbox ever worked for you?

2 - Can you see if there are any files here:
Documents\Universe Sandbox\Logs
... and if there are can you email them to: support at universesandbox.com

3 - What kind of video card do you have?

4 - Does anything come up or does it just crash right away?

@Dan

1. When I first open it an error popped up. After around 5 seconds, the sandbox works perfectly. The second time the same thing. Then when I opened the third time it showed me an error. The program didn't start up.

2. There are two. Engine Log.txt and Sandbox Log.txt. Do you want both of them?

3. I have a 9800GT video card.

4. It just crashes right away.

Try starting Universe Sandbox after a fresh restart of your computer.

Then if it's still not working send me both of the log files:
support at universesandbox.com
(and please mention that you are Rawr from the forums)

That video card should work great.
